Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada (Domestic):
- Express Shipping: $21.90 CAD — 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: $14.90 CAD — 3-9 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 CAD — 3-9 business days
International:
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
- Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7-21 business days
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Le Jardin de Désir is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages Le Jardin de Désir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at lejardindedesir@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Packaging All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We use discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
