RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Le Jardin de Désir, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Hygiene Policy For health and hygiene reasons, all lingerie, bodysuits, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lejardindedesir@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
